We are a large wholesale business dealing with many brands and product lines. We’ve been using Return Tracker for almost 4 years now and have seen it evolve in leaps and bounds in the time we’ve had it.
It’s fair to say that this system has transformed our customer care & returns department. We now don’t even accept returns unless it has a Return Tracker label on the outside of the box! When a box arrives we scan in the QR code with a smart phone which automatically tells our dealer we’ve received the item, no more phone calls and emails –it’s perfect!
When an RT ticket is opened all the information is there, copy of the proof of purchase, reason for return, images of the fault, you can even add a service video now which can be sent to the dealer or end user! No more – he said, she said; everything is there, there is even a messaging service within the ticket with time stamps so that eliminates further emails, phone calls and best of all no more excel spreadsheets!
This software is a lifesaver, and it’s very affordable (especially when you consider we’ve also saved on employment costs because of this). 5 Star!

As a large retail outlet with many branches around the UK we have our fair share of returns. Whether it be items purchased via our website not fitting correctly, genuine warranty issues for items purchased in store or just periodic range changes depending on the season, an increasing amount of time was being spent on these issues.
